Saison accepts returns of full-priced items, in their original condition with tags attached, postmarked within 14 days of delivery date. Please note, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Once your return is received and accepted by our team, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
Please note: We will only accept items that are new and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse late returns or items that are not in the same condition you received them in. Returns received outside of the return period may be refunded on a Digital Gift Card at our discretion.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Sale items can be returned for merchandise credit on a Digital Gift Card if returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Please contact our team for assistance.

EXCHANGES
We can accommodate an exchange for any in-stock items. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability.

For international orders, if you’d like to exchange your item, please send it back as a return and place a new order.
CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.
We may be able to update the order details, including updating an address, updating the size of an item, and/or combining any shipments. Please contact us at info@saisonstudio.com and we will do our best to assist with your request.
