Return Policy

Saison accepts returns of full-priced items, in their original condition with tags attached, postmarked within 14 days of delivery date. Please note, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Once your return is received and accepted by our team, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. 

Please note: We will only accept items that are new and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse late returns or items that are not in the same condition you received them in.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.

SUBMITTING A RETURN

 

Customers within the United States
Please click on the link below to access our Return Portal and follow the prompts to prepare your return. Please note, a return postage fee of $11.95 will be deducted from your refund.

International customers outside of the United States
At this time, we are unable to provide shipping labels for international returns. Please ship your item(s) back to us using a prepaid and trackable return method.

To initiate a return, please email info@saisonstudio.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return. 

 

EXCHANGES

We will accommodate an exchange for any in-stock items. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability.

To initiate an exchange, please email info@saisonstudio.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to exchange.

For international orders, if you’d like to exchange your item, please send it back as a return and place a new order.


 

CANCELLATIONS

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.

We may be able to update the order details, including updating an address, updating the size of an item, and/or combining any shipments. Please contact us at info@saisonstudio.com and we will do our best to assist with your request.
