What is a pre-order system?
Pre-order garments are available to purchase in advance, meaning they are not currently in stock.
Why pre-order?
Pre-order is part of our conscious effort to stock in-demand and slower fashion, enabling us to limit the amount of wastage involved in our supply chain. We believe in opting for quality and evolving out of fast-fashion fads, only stocking garments that are truly worth waiting for.

Delivery times can vary, depending on the specific product. Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping dates.
We cannot guarantee product availability. Occasionally, availability can be subject to external factors which either delays or means production is not possible. We will always refund you if we are unable to fulfill your pre-order.
How does it affect returns?
The return window will begin once your order has been delivered to you. All returns, including pre-orders, are subject to our usual return policy.
Ordering more than one item?
In order to limit our carbon footprint, orders containing a pre-order item will be dispatched in one shipment.
