Saison accepts returns of full-priced items, in their original condition with tags attached, postmarked within 14 days of delivery date. Please note, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Once your return is received and accepted by our team, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
Please note: We will only accept items that are new and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse late returns or items that are not in the same condition you received them in. Returns received outside of the return period may be refunded on an e-Gift Card at our discretion.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, a return postage fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund. Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.
Sale items can be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit on an e-Gift Card if returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Please contact our team for assistance.

International customers outside of the United States
To initiate an international return, please email info@saisonstudio.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return.
EXCHANGES
We can accommodate an exchange for any in-stock items. Exchanges are processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability.

CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.
