Return Policy

Saison accepts returns of full-priced items, for a refund to the original method of payment, if returned in their original condition and postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. 

Sale and discounted items can be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit on an e-Gift Card if returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Once your return is received and accepted by our team, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. 

Please note: We will only accept items that are new and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse late returns or items that are not in the same condition you received them in. Returns received outside of the 14-day return period may be refunded on an e-Gift Card at our discretion.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Opt into Free Returns
We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, a return postage fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund. Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

We can accommodate an exchange for any in-stock items.

For international orders, if you’d like to exchange your item, please send it back as a return and place a new order.

CANCELLATIONS

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.

We may be able to update the order details, including updating an address, updating the size of an item, and/or combining any shipments. Please contact us at info@saisonstudio.com and we will do our best to assist with your request.
