DELIVERY
We aim to process your order within two to four business days after the order is placed.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct as we are unable to redirect any parcels.
Once your order has left us, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress. You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your account.
USA
Saison offers complimentary standard shipping to addresses within the United States on all orders above $150.
For orders below $150, a $10 flat rate will apply.
CANADA
Saison offers complimentary shipping to Canada via Fedex Express (~5 days) or USPS Standard International Shipping (1-3 weeks).
For orders below $250, a $20 flat rate will apply.
INTERNATIONAL
Saison offers complimentary shipping via Fedex on international orders above $350. For orders under $350, please enter your address at checkout to calculate the exact cost. The recipient is responsible for any additional charges including duties and taxes required by the destination country for customs clearance.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All international orders will be sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means import taxes and duties are NOT included in the final purchase price at checkout. The recipient is solely responsible for any additional charges including duties and taxes required by the destination country for customs clearance.
In the event that the recipient refuses delivery or fails to pick up their order to avoid a customs charge, your package will be considered abandoned and we will be unable to offer a refund.
PRE-ORDER SHIPPING
An item on pre-order is one that is not yet in our warehouse. By purchasing an item that is on pre-order, you are securing your item until we are able to ship it out to you.
If your order contains one or more pre-order items, all items in your order will ship together once the pre-order items are able to ship.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Saison is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is picked up and scanned by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing packages, stolen packages, deliveries to be held for pickup, or for address change requests.
